The Robert Murillo Private Studio, LLC is a Houston-based music lessons studio that provides the highest quality of instruction to students of all ages. The RMPS has been in operation across Texas since 2010, working with several schools, districts, music studios, churches, and national teaching companies.

Meet the Owner: Robert Murillo, M.M.Ed
I am a Music EC-12 Certified Educator with a bachelors degree from The University of St. Thomas and a Masters of Music Education from Texas Christian University. I have operated my music studio lessons business since 2010 in several cities including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Irving, Buda, Kyle, and Austin where I served as the Director of Music for the St. Anthony Marie de Claret Catholic Church.
I have recently relocated to Houston in 2024 for my Masters of Sacred Music Program at The University of St. Thomas and serving as the general music/choir educator for Christ the Redeemer Catholic School. I further serve the archdiocese by singing in the Archdiocese Chamber Choir, Schola Cantorum of Annunciation Catholic Church, Christ The Redeemer Choir, and the premiere Houston Cecilia Chamber Choir.
Previous career roles include: Youth Mass Music Minister for Santa Cruz Catholic Church, Elementary Music and Band Teacher for Santa Cruz Catholic School , Children's Choir Director-All Saints Catholic School, Music Educator for Stafford Elementary School, Music Educator for J.O. Davis Elementary, and Music Educator for Baty Elementary. Additionally, I have partnered up with several private music programs such as Takelessons.com, Band-Aid School of Music, Taylor Robinson Music, Cool Cats, RBR Muzik/Irving Fine Arts Academy, the University of St. Thomas Music Preparatory School, and Curious Chords.
